RESIDENTIAL CONCRETE REPAIR
RESIDENTIAL CONCRETE services
Slabjacking is very common in the residential market. We have become the experts in raising sunken concrete, by offering both mudjacking and polyjacking (polyurethane foam injection). We take pride in our services, and always do the job the right way. Mudjacking requires drilling a 1″ hole through the surface of the concrete, then pumping a slurry underneath the slab, which results in lifting and leveling the concrete. Why choose mudjacking? Mudjacking is a great solution to raising concrete. The material is cost effective, properly fills in the voided area underneath the concrete, raising it to its proper height. The overall cost to do mudjacking is much less than remove and replacing, and generally less than our polyjacking service.
Polyjacking requires drilling a 5/8″ hole through the surface of the concrete, then injecting a high density polyurethane foam underneath the slab, which results in lifting and leveling the concrete. Why choose polyjacking? Polyjacking is now becoming a very popular method in raising concrete. The material is very high dense, meaning, once properly cured, will not change its shape or form, having little to no flex in the material. It withstands moisture, and cures within 15 minutes. Both of our methods for raising concrete is highly used in the residential market, and both have great success rates in lifting and leveling concrete.
Our polyjacking and mudjacking systems repairs the following:

Concrete in the residential market often fails due to the poor soil compaction, or movement in the soil. Our systems raise the concrete, providing a strong, stable sub-base to the slab
