Concrete often fails due to poor soils, voids, tree roots, moisture, etc. With our mudjacking and polyjacking systems, we can inject the materials underneath the slab needing to be raised, which will result in filling in all the voids, lifting and aligning the concrete, stabilizing the soil and concrete. POLYJACKING: The polyurethane foam, once injected into the soil, quickly integrates with the soil, and expands into a lightweight, stable, durable material, which will increase the soil load bearing capacities. MUDJACKING: The slurry used for mudjacking, once pumped underneath the slab, will fill in the voids, resulting in raising the concrete to its corrected height. The material used for mudjacking weighs approximately 100 lbs. per cubic ft. The polyurethane has an impressive lifespan, for it is not affected by water, does not change it shape or form, and will not break down over time as other materials often do. This technology is now the preferred concrete repair solution for municipalities, DOT’s, contractors, and residential. From projects on interstate highways, to a single concrete slab at a residence, our process is so cost effective, that no job is too big or too small. Mudjacking is usually less expensive than polyjacking, due to the cost of the foam materials. Over the years, mudjacking has gained a negative outlook, mostly due to the concrete re-sinking after its been raised. This most likely is a result from other companies taking shortcuts, by not drilling the proper amount of holes, and pumping in the proper amount of material. Concrete Lift & Stabilization will never shortcut any mudjacking job, for we understand the importance of each of our clients in protecting their investment. Our process will be sure that the proper amount of holes are drilled, and the material completely fills in the voids, making sure the service will last.
